High School Information
-
Standing Oak began their high school program 2 years ago and we now offer all grades 9-12.
-
Standing Oak offers two pathways: the Standard Pathway, where all four years will be completed at Standing Oak in one option, including science labs.
-
The 2nd is the Dual Enrollment Path, where junior year, students take advantage of state funds to take college courses for high school and college credit.
-
Standing Oak will provide all school and home books and give assignments for all subjects we require, in lower forms you provide home books.
-
Standing Oak has transcripts accredited through ACA West. This is an additional $400 per year directly to ACA. Having accredited transcripts allows for easier access to Dual Enrollment and Hope/Zell Miller Scholarships.
-
If your student is in ninth or tenth grade, all subjects- school and home- will be assigned by Standing Oak, minus additional electives you choose to do at home. The only subjects that we do not provide that are required for graduation are math, health and modern language.
As such, view below the classes that are throughout the week, both home and school. If your student is in high school, please request the high school packet to see how these subjects relate to class credits.
