• $3,500 per student if enrolled by April 7, 2025

• Math is an additional subject that goes from 8:20-9:20 am

This non-refundable $500 deposit is due at the time of enrollment, to cover initial book purchases. This is subtracted from the total per student tuition costs.

• If paying yearly, full tuition is due by July 21st, 2025- minus deposit already paid.

• If paying monthly, $100 will be added to the per student tuition total for the year. After deposit and initial payment due July 21, 2025, tuition payments will be due on the first Monday of each month.

• This cost includes school books and the handicraft and lab supplies your child will use at Standing Oak throughout the year. In addition to facilities, insurance, field trips, etc.

• Standing Oak uses Charlotte Mason Institute's curriculum called Alveary, plus our own adaptations where needed. This has allowed us to develop a beautiful, rich, feast-filled curriculum that has been a huge blessing to our families.

• Charlotte Mason Institute requires that each family purchase their own membership, which will allow you access to the entire curricula, not just your home day subjects. The cost is discounted for Standing Oak students from $299 to $249 per family per year.

• Additionally, in grades 1-8 families are responsible for purchasing their home subject books. We recommend certain subjects to round out what we do here at Standing Oak, however, we know as homeschoolers you may want freedom to combine or adjust home subjects, so we leave those resources up to you. (We will send a book list and links as soon as the schedule it set for the year.)

• Standing Oak has accredited transcripts through ACA West. This allows for us to have easier access to Dual Enrollment. Availability of Hope and Zell Miller Scholarships immediately instead of retroactively, along with Dual Enrollment and College Planning/Counseling services, and even a graduation ceremony.

• The cost is $150 registration, and then $400 per year per high school student. This fee is paid directly to ACA West.

• Standing Oak will submit documentation for school subjects, and you would submit documentation for subjects you do additionally at home.

• Labs are through Great Oaks Academy and will be an additional $250 per year directly to Great Oaks.
